Which Credit Cards can I use to purchase tickets?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.


Can I buy tickets with cash?
Yes, you may pay with cash at the Box Office Window during regular business hours.


Is there a handling charge?
Tickets to 92Y events are subject to a $5 service charge per ticket/subscription if purchased by telephone, mail or fax. A 50% discount applies to online orders. This fee does not apply to purchases made in person at the Box Office. There is a $2 service charge for replacement tickets.


How will I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be mailed to you if you purchased them 7 or more days prior to your scheduled performance. If you selected Hold at Box Office or you purchased the tickets less than 7 days before the performance, your tickets will be available for pick up. If you selected Mobile Delivery, your tickets will be available on the mobile site in the Account tab under My Shows. You can open these tickets directly on your mobile device and show them for entry into the venue.
