Superstar Farm-to-table guru Dan Barber and legendary food writer/editor/critic Ruth Reichl join James Beard award-winning author Michael Ruhlman — who recently immersed himself in the world of grocery stores for his new book Grocery to try to understand our national obsession with food — for a conversation about where our food comes from, how it is marketed to us, what is good for us and how we can become more enlightened consumers.

Michael Ruhlman will be selling and signing copies of Grocery: The Buying and Selling of Food in America following the event.
