Senator Al Franken in Conversation with David Letterman

Venue: Kaufmann Concert Hall

Location: Lexington Avenue at 92nd St

Date: Tue, May 30, 2017, 9:30 pm

Senator Al Franken sits down with late night legend David Letterman for a rare and exclusive conversation. As the honorable gentleman from Minnesota publishes his new book, Al Franken, Giant of the Senate, we’ll hear the story of an award-winning comedian who decided to run for office — and then discovered why award-winning comedians tend not to do that. We’ll hear about what happens when the nation’s foremost progressive satirist gets a chance to serve in the United States Senate and, defying the low expectations of the pundit class, actually turns out to be good at it.

All tickets include a copy of Al Franken, Giant of the Senate by Al Franken.
