Join Ken Chaya, artist, urban naturalist and creator of the celebrated tree map Central Park Entire, for unique nature walks in Central Park. Discover obscure footpaths and architectural features, and spot resident and migrant birds (bring binoculars!). Signed maps available at a discount for all attendees.

On our Earth Day walk, celebrate the bounty of spring. A variety of trees are in full bloom, including stunning magnolias, colorful crab apples and exotic Japanese cherries, and many migrant bird species visit the park at this time of year.

This tour ends at approximately 12 pm.

Meet at the entrance gate to the Conservatory Garden on Fifth Avenue near East 105th Street.

Pre-registration for all tours is required at least 24 hrs in advance. Attendees will be emailed details of the tour — with specific meeting location and additional directions 24 hrs in advance of the tour. All tours happen rain or shine.
